We offer a 1-Month Risk-Free Guarantee on our Ai Agent service. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days from your start date, you may request a full refund. To qualify, you must notify us in writing (via email or other agreed method) before the 30th day of service.Once your request is received and verified, we will issue a 100% refund of your initial payment within 5–10 business days.This guarantee applies only to your first month of service and is limited to one refund per client or business.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

8. AI Model Use and Data Input

By submitting data to train or operate AI agents, you affirm that:

You own or have the legal right to use the submitted data
Your data does not infringe on any third-party rights or privacy laws
You consent to us using such data to improve performance of your AI agent

We are not liable for errors, outputs, or unintended consequences from your data inputs.

9. Confidentiality

We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your business-sensitive information and data processed via our Services. You, in turn, agree not to share any proprietary methods or systems we provide without permission.

This section survives termination of this agreement.

10. Third-Party Integrations

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Airtable, Google Workspace). We are not responsible for:

Losses or issues arising from those platforms
