At The Boardrooms LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), transparency and client satisfaction are core to our operations. Due to the customized and high-value nature of our AI automation services, all purchases and contracts are governed by strict terms outlined below.
By engaging our services through www.theboardrooms.net, you acknowledge that all service agreements are based on a 12-month minimum contract term, and you accept the terms of this Refund Policy in full.
General Policy

All services sold by The Boardrooms LLC are final and non-refundable once the 12-month contract is signed or initiated.

Due to the tailored setup, integrations, and training involved in each AI agent deployment, we do not offer pro-rated, partial, or full refunds for early cancellation, dissatisfaction, or unused time.

This policy applies to all services unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed, written agreement.
Refund Eligibility — Limited Scenarios
Although our services are generally non-refundable, we will consider refund requests under the following rare circumstances:
A. Duplicate Charges
If you were accidentally billed more than once for the same subscription cycle or service, we will issue a full refund of the duplicated payment(s).
B. Non-Delivery of Service
If, for any reason not caused by you, we fail to initiate or deliver your service within 14 business days of the agreed-upon start date and no progress has been made, we will evaluate a refund or service credit upon written request.
C. Technical Failure on Our Part
If a critical and ongoing technical issue—solely within our infrastructure—renders the service entirely unusable for more than 21 consecutive business days, and all internal efforts to resolve it have failed, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following conditions strictly disqualify any refund request:

Early termination or cancellation of your 12-month contract for any reason.

Dissatisfaction with results not caused by negligence or misrepresentation.

Failure to understand the nature or scope of services purchased.

Delayed onboarding due to lack of client cooperation, required input, or materials.

Unused time within the service window.

Voluntary downgrade or discontinuation of services before the contract end date.

Violation of our Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy.

Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or misuse our systems, agents, or automations.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first constitutes a breach of contract and:

Immediately voids your access to all services and deliverables.

Forfeits any potential refund eligibility.

May result in legal recourse for breach of agreement, especially if services were rendered.
We encourage open communication and will make reasonable efforts to resolve billing concerns if contacted directly at billing@theboardrooms.net.
